Sri Lanka is a free country.Its prestige is famous throughout the world.King Dutugemunu,Mahasen and Maha Parakramabahu the great have been lifted up the Sri Lanka.Also known as the Father of Freedom D.S.Senanayake was a ruler of this land.Ven S.Mahinda Thera a Tibetan, and Henry Olcott an American were also among those who fought for the independence of my country.

My country is a beautiful island in terms of natural beauty.....🌳🌴🏝🏞

The sea is like a cloak of sapphires all over the country.In the center of the country is a mountain range where cold water flows.Tourists from western countries are fascinated by the natural beauty of this island which has no shortage of wildlife.

People in my country are different.They live in different cultures as Sinhalas, Tamils, Muslims and burghers.They also practice different religions but live together in society.So the people in my little country are fantastic.....🏖🌎🌎

I love my country....❤❤❤😍😘

It is my duty to work for the development of my country and to safeguard it.....🌍❤🌏

According to the birth certificate his name is mentioned as Wanakkuwaththamitiwaduge Don Albert Perera. He was born in Moratuwa in 5th of December in 1927. He is the son of Mr.Don Ginoris Perera and Mrs. Baalaapuwaduge Magee Weslina Mendis , a Catholic lady.  He was the youngest in a family of seven children.His father was occupied in producing and repairing violins al Moratumulla Technical centre.
